Quick links - bars - idea

Evry time when I open page in eRep I need to wait for eRA to load, because it will move all my site a bit lower. Being honest I got used to it, but it is still a source of many miss clicks. Couldn't you change these bars to float over a website than to create space for them?? I wont' cry if the higher bar would hide eRepublik logo, for the second bar there is enough space:P.

P.S. Sory for posting so many mayby sometimes stupid ideas, reporting bugs, picking of some little problems, being annoying...I think that your script is really awsome and great, but it is able to be perfect:). Because i see that you still work on it:]. It is why it can be perfect:].
