Link to regions.

API doesn't work now. So it is hard to check hospitals.
Links to region on battelfield, choose-side, main and military campaigns page would help to check hospitals, when API is down.

With the script on, region names on main, military campaigns and battlefield pages contain a link to that region. Just try clicking on the region name ;)
