Sidebar with additional link buttons

Would you like a sidebar with additional link buttons?

Number of buttons will depend on the user browser window size.
This additional sidebar position would be on the left side of the screen and fixed to the screen.
It would be hidden by default and would have a handle to scroll it into view.
All other options would be same or similar to the current top and under-menu link bars.

Is there the need to do something like this? We already have menu for 20 links... :/

No big need. But some people will probably use it.
